Gallery-Inspired Contemporary in Candela Building on the Park

Overlooking Central Park from the 17th floor, the soft tones and contemporary styling of the 3,000 square foot residence play off the views and the owners’ art collection. Before any furniture was moved in or art hung, Vicente oversaw the removal of existing

non-structural partitions, millwork, crown moldings and baseboards. Rooms were relocated. An entire master suite was created where there was once two bedrooms, a laundry and closet. The kitchen was relocated to the front of the building adding a sleek

breakfast room, which had been a small bedroom.
